膀胱经加环跳穴的推拿补泻手法联合骨盆修复仪治疗在产后骨盆修复中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱经加环跳穴的推拿补泻手法联合骨盆修复仪治疗在产后骨盆修复中的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的80例无高危因素自然分娩产妇为研究对象,随机分成两组,各40例。对照组接受骨盆带固定治疗,试验组接受膀胱经加环跳穴的推拿补泻手法联合骨盆修复仪治疗,比较两组治疗前后的臀围、腰背痛情况。结果治疗后,试验组臀围明显小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组疼痛分级指数、视觉模拟评分量表和现有疼痛强度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后骨盆修复给予膀胱经加环跳穴的推拿补泻手法联合骨盆修复仪治疗,可明显改善产妇臀围,减轻腰背痛情况。Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of the combination of massage and tonifying reduction techniques with Huantiao acupoints on the bladder meridian and pelvic repair instrument in postpartum pelvic repair.Methods 80 natural childbirth women without high-risk factors admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received pelvic girdle fixation treatment,while the experimental group received massage and tonifying reduction techniques combined with pelvic repair equipment at the bladder meridian and Huantiao acupoint.The hip circumference and back pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the hip circumference of the experimental group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the pain grading index,visual analogue scale,and existing pain intensity score in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<o.o5).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic repair can be treated with massage,tonifying and reducing techniques combined with pelvic repair equipment at the bladder meridian and Huantiao acupoint,which can significantly improve the maternal hip circumference and alleviateback pain.
