生化养血膏联合复方短效口服避孕药对人工流产术后恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨人工流产术后接受生化养血膏联合复方短效口服避孕药的效果。方法选取本院收治的120例人工流产术后患者为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为两组,各60例。对照组接受复方短效口服避孕药治疗,试验组接受生化养血膏联合复方短效口服避孕药治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、阴道出血情况、月经恢复时间及子宫功能恢复情况。结果治疗后,试验组阴道出血时间短于对照组,阴道出血量评分小于对照组,术后首次月经来潮时间早于对照组,腹部视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,搏动指数、阻力指数、子宫动脉收缩期血流速度小于对照组,舒张末期血流速度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术后患者接受生化养血膏联合复方短效口服避孕药治疗,疗效确切,患者术后阴道出血时间短,月经能在短期内有效恢复,子宫功能恢复快。Objective To explore the effect of receiving biochemical blood nourishing ointment combined with compound short acting oral contraceptives after artificial abortion.Methods 12o postoperative patients undergoing induced abortion admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with compound short acting oral contraceptives,while the experimental group received treatment with biochemical blood nourishing cream combined with compound short acting oral contraceptives.The treatment effects,vaginal bleeding,menstrual recovery time,and uterine function recovery of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the experimental group had shorter vaginal bleeding time than the control group,lower vaginal bleeding volume score than the control group,earlier first menstrual cycle after surgery than the control group,lower abdominal visual simulation score than the control group,lower pulsatile index,resistance index,uterine artery systolic blood flow velocity than the control group,and higher end diastolic blood flow velocity than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<o.05).Conclusion After artificial abortion,patients who receive biochemical blood nourishing cream combined with compound short acting oral contraceptives have a definite therapeutic effect.The postoperative vaginal bleeding time is short,and menstruation can be effectively restored in a short period of time.The recovery of uterine function is fast.
