摘　　要：目的探讨IKAP模式在子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术围手术期中的护理应用效果。方法选取本院80例子宫内膜异位症并接受腹腔镜手术治疗的患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上增加IKAP模式护理。比较两组的服药依从性、焦虑和抑郁状态、睡眠质量。结果观察组服药依从率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论IKAP模式在子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术围手术期中表现出明显优势,提升了患者的服药依从性,改善了其心理状态、睡眠质量。Objective To explore the nursing application effect of IKAP mode in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis.Methods 80 patients with endometriosis who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received IKAP mode nursing in addition to routine care.Compare medication adherence,anxiety and depression status,and sleep quality between two groups.Results The compliance rate of the observation group with medication was 97.5%,significantly higher than the control group's 82.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After intervention,the hamilton anxiety scale,hamilton depression scale,and pittsburgh sleep quality Index scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The IKAP mode shows significant advantages in the perioperative period of laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis,improving patient medication adherence,psychological status,and sleep quality.
