舒适护理在卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在卵巢黄体破裂保守治疗中的应用效果。方法选取本院收诊的36例卵巢黄体破裂患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各18例。对照组在保守治疗期间应用常规护理,观察组在保守治疗期间应用舒适护理,比较两组的住院时间、平均出血量、护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组的住院时间、平均出血量为(9.2±1.5)d、(256.4±102.8)ml,少于对照组的(12.3±1.3)d、(654.4±120.5)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分为(92.4±10.6)分,高于对照组的(65.4±9.8)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于卵巢黄体破裂采取保守治疗的患者应用舒适护理,能够减少出血量、缩短住院时间等,提升护理质量评分和护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort nursing in conservative treatment of ovarian corpus luteum rupture.Methods 36 patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 18 cases in each group.The control group received routine care during conservative treatment,while the observation group received comfort care during conservative treatment.The hospital stay,average bleeding volume,nursing quality,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and average bleeding volume of the observation group were(9.2±1.5)days and(256.4±102.8)ml,which were lower than those of the control group(12.31.3)days and(654.4±120.5)ml,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing quality score of the observation group was(92.4±10.6)points,which was higher than the control group's(65.4±9.8)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than the control group's 66.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ovarian corpus luteum rupture who receive conservative treatment,the application of comfortable care can reduce bleeding,shorten hospital stay,and improve nursing quality scores and satisfaction.
