舒适护理在外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的应用效果。方法选取本院88例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组的治疗效果、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为97.72%,显著高于对照组的86.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组生活质量、护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中,效果突出,可改善患者就医体验,提高护理满意度与生活质量,具有临床推广意义。Objective To explore the application effect of comfort care in vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods 88 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received comfort care on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.72%,significantly higher than the control group's 86.36%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05);After nursing,the quality of life and nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfort nursing in vulvovaginal candidiasis has outstanding effects,can improve the patient's medical experience,enhance nursing satisfaction and quality of life,and has clinical promotion significance.
