平衡针治疗50例原发性高血压的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡针降压方对原发性高血压患者的降压效果,为平衡针在原发性高血压的临床应用中提供依据。方法选择2020年10月至2022年7月就诊于中国人民解放军总医院第七医学中心门诊部平衡针诊室的原发性高血压患者50例进行描述性研究。采用平衡针降压方治疗,每周3次,10次为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。记录患者每次就诊前血压变化,并进行统计学分析。结果结果显示受试者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)均随治疗时间的增加而逐渐降低。相比于治疗前,第10周治疗后,SBP平均下降27.39 mmHg,DBP平均下降24.69 mmHg(P<0.05),降压总有效率100%,降压达标率78%。结论平衡针降压方能有效降低原发性高血压病患者的血压,具有降压快速,幅度平缓的特点,持续干预具有中长期降压效应,适用人群宽泛。Objective To observe the antihypertensive effect of balanced acupuncture in patients with essential hypertension(EH),and provide evidence for the clinical application of balanced acupuncture in treating EH.Methods EH patients(n=50)were chosen and given a descriptive study from the Outpatient Department in the Seventh Medical Center,Chinese PLA General Hospital from Oct.2020 to July 2022.All patients were treated with balanced acupuncture for reducing blood pressure(BP)3 times a week with 10 times as one treatment course for 3 courses continuously.The BP changes were recorded before treatment and given a statistical analysis in patients.Results The analysis results showed that systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)decreased gradually as the increases of treatment time in all patients.After treatment for 10 weeks,SBP decreased averagely by 27.39 mmHg and DBP decreased by 24.69 mmHg(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was 100%and antihypertensive compliance rate was 78%compared with before treatment.Conclusion The balanced acupuncture can effectively reduce BP in EH patients with the characteristics of rapid and gentle antihypertensive efficacy.The continuous intervention of balanced acupuncture has a long-term antihypertensive effect and can be applied broadly.
