摘　　要：目的 探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存患者的癌症复发恐惧(FCR)情况及其影响因素。方法 选择2022年1月至2023年3月就诊于江苏省人民医院的100例非霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存患者,评估患者FCR状况,根据患者病历资料采集其一般资料,评估其焦虑、抑郁状态,比较不同一般资料、焦虑、抑郁状态患者FCR情况,分析非霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存患者FCR的影响因素。结果 100例患者FCR评分为(89.36±4.02)分。不同年龄、疾病分期、家庭人均月收入、焦虑状态患者的FCR评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄(X_(1))、疾病分期(X_(2))、家庭人均月收入(X_(3))、焦虑(X_(4))是恶性淋巴瘤幸存患者FCR的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。回归方程如下:Y=26.116-2.274×X_(1)+3.152×X_(2)-0.070×X3+0.234×X4(R~2=0.521,△R~2=0.497,F=22.071,P<0.05)。结论 目前非霍奇金淋巴瘤幸存患者FCR情况值得引起重视,特别是要注重对年龄偏低、疾病分期高、家庭人均月收入偏低患者的管理和干预,并强化心理干预等,以缓解患者焦虑,进一步控制患者FCR。Objective To investigate the fear of cancer recurrence(FCR) and its influencing factors in surviving patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma treated in Jiangsu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected to evaluate their FCR status.General data were collected according to their medical records,and their anxiety and depression status were evaluated.FCR status of patients with different general data,anxiety,and depression status was compared.The influencing factors of FCR in surviving patients with malignant lymphoma were analyzed.Results The average FCR score of 100 patients was(89.36±4.02) points.The FCR scores of patients with different age,disease stage,family per capita monthly income,and anxiety state were significantly different(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age(X1),disease stage(X2),family per capita monthly income(X_3),and anxiety(X_4) were independent risk factors for FCR in patients with malignant lymphoma(P<0.05).The regression equation was as follows:Y=26.116-2.274×X_1+3.152×X_2-0.070×X_3+0.234×X_4(R~2=0.521,△R~2=0.497,F=22.071,P<0.05).Conclusion At present,the FCR situation of surviving patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma deserves attention,especially the management and intervention of patients with low age,high disease stage and low per capita monthly family income,and strengthen psychological intervention,so as to alleviate patients' anxiety and further control patients' FCR.
