珍珠粉有效成分促进肛瘘大鼠术后创面愈合的作用机制研究

摘　　要：目的 观察珍珠粉在肛瘘大鼠术后创面恢复的药物促进机制,探讨其影响机制。方法 造模30只SD大鼠,使其形成肛瘘术后创面,将未造模成功的大鼠剔除,按随机数字表法随机分为珍珠粉组、碳酸钙组、对照组,每组8只。珍珠粉组每日点涂珍珠粉末于肛瘘大鼠创面,碳酸钙组每日应用碳酸钙外敷于肛瘘大鼠创面,对照组每日用生理盐水冲洗肛瘘大鼠创面,连续干预14 d。各组于应用药物治疗后的第3天、第7天、第14天于肛瘘大鼠创面取材,比较3组之间的创面毛细血管含量、TGF-β及VEGF的表达水平。结果 与对照组相比,珍珠粉组可以增加创面组织中VEGF和TGF-β的表达(P<0.05),以上差异具有统计学意义。结论 珍珠粉可以显著促进肛瘘大鼠术后创面的愈合,其提高VEGF和TGF-β的含量和活性,促进新生肉芽组织的生成可能是其发挥促进创面愈合的作用途径之一。Objective To observe the effect of pearl powder on wound healing after anal fistula surgery in rats.Methods 30 SD rats were randomly divided into pearl powder group,calcium carbonate group and control group,each group consisted of 8 rats.Pearl powder was applied daily to the wound of anal fistula Rats in the calcium carbonate group,and the wound of anal fistula rats in the control group were rinsed daily with normal saline for 14 days.On the 3rd,7th and 14th day after drug treatment,the wound capillary,TGF-βand VEGF expression in anal fistula rats were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the expression of VEGF and TGF-βin wound tissue was increased in the Pearl powder group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pearl powder can significantly promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery in rats,increase the content and activity of VEGF and TGF-β,and promote the formation of new granulation tissue may play a role in promoting wound healing.
