槲寄生在高血压病应用研究进展

摘　　要：槲寄生始载于《神农本草经》,具有祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨、安胎元的功效,《本草求真》称其为“补肾要剂”,常用于治疗风湿痹痛、腰膝酸软、头晕目眩等疾病。近年来,随着补肾降压理论的广泛研究与应用,槲寄生在高血压病的防治中逐渐得到青睐。文章通过查阅古今文献中槲寄生的记载,对其进行药物基原考证,明确其补益肾气的功效,深入探究其“补益肾气”“平补阴阳”理论在高血压病中应用的基础。同时结合化学成分及药理作用研究,总结其在治疗高血压病中降低血容量、抑制Ca2+内流、保护靶器官等作用,为临床应用及药物开发提供指导。Hujisheng(Visci Herba)was first recorded in Shennong's Herbal Classic,which has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness,tonifying liver and kidney,strengthening muscles and bones and calming fetus.As an essential medicine for tonifying kidney in Truth-Seeking Herbal Foundation,it is commonly used to treat rheumatism and arthralgia,weakness of waist and knee,dizziness and other diseases.In recent years,with the extensive research and application of the theory of reducing blood pressure by tonifying kidney,Hujisheng(Visci Herba)has gradually been favored in the prevention and treatment of essential hypertension.By combing the records of Hujisheng(Visci Herba)in ancient and modern literature,this paper makes a textual research on its drug source,defines its effect of tonifying kidney-Qi,and deeply explores the theory of“tonifying kidney-Qi”and“balancing Yin and Yang”in the application of essential hypertension.At the same time,combined with the research of chemical components and pharmacological effects,this paper summarize its role in decreasing blood volume,inhibiting Ca2+influx and protecting target organs in the treatment of hypertension,so as to provide guidance for clinical application and drug development.
