平衡火罐在改善寒湿痹阻型腰痛患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察平衡火罐在改善寒湿痹阻所致腰痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法将符合入组标准的96例寒湿痹阻型腰痛患者作为研究对象,以常规单纯拔火罐法及平衡火罐法(具体包括:闪罐法、走罐法、揉罐法、抖罐法及留罐法)两种方式分为治疗组和对照组各48例,均以治疗前,治疗后立刻,治疗后3、7及14 d为结点,采用腰痛病中医疗效评定标准及(VAS)视觉模拟评分法比较两组护理疗效。结果观察组患者总的有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗7 d后观察组压痛(1.76±1.82)及腰部疼痛(0.75±0.29)评分较对照组压痛(3.41±1.73)及腰部疼痛(1.06±0.13)明显降低(P<0.05)。结论平衡火罐较单纯拔火罐更能够有效缓解寒湿痹阻所致腰痛患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of balance cupping in improving the nursing of patients with low back pain caused by cold and dampness obstruction.Methods A total of 96 patients with cold and dampness obstruction type low back pain who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled as the research objects.Conventional simple cupping method will be used among the 48 patients in the control group and balance cupping method(including flashing-tank method,going-can method,rubbing-pot method,Shaking-jar method and shrinkage-pot method)will be used among the 48 patients in the observation group.In addition,the traditional Chinese medicine curative effect evaluation standard and visual analogue scale(VAS)were used to compare the nursing effect between the patients in the two groups before the treatment,immediately after the treatment,3 days after the treatment,7 days after the treatment and 14 days after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than 66.67%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the scores of pain by pressing(1.76±1.82)score and waist pain(0.75±0.29)score in the observation group were significantly lower than those scores(3.41±1.73)score and(1.06±0.13)score respectively in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple cupping therapy,balanced cupping can effectively relieve the symptoms of low back pain caused by cold and dampness obstruction and improve the quality of life of patients.
