补中益气汤组方单体对心力衰竭影响机制的研究进展

摘　　要：补中益气汤作为益气升阳的代表方,具有补中益气升阳的作用,常常应用于脾胃疾病。辽宁著名中医王乐善教授在临床使用补中益气汤的过程中发现补中益气汤治疗心力衰竭疗效显著。近年来,补中益气汤治疗心血管疾病的机制逐渐被重视起来,补中益气汤中包含黄芪、人参、白术、甘草、陈皮、当归、柴胡、升麻8味中药,随着中药的药理学的发展,中药中所含的中药单体在疾病治疗中的作用机制研究不断增加,归纳总结此方单体对探讨补中益气汤对心力衰竭治疗的机制有着重要意义。文章以此方组成中药的君臣佐使为纲领,利用CNKI、《中华人民共和国药典》(2020年版第1部)以及ChemicalBook平台了解各中药的有效成分,并利用PubMed、CNKI检索,归类总结与心衰有关的单体作用机制,主要包括抗炎、抗凋亡、抗心肌纤维化、抗氧化、抗心肌肥厚、改善心肌代谢、促进血管生成、调节自噬8种药理作用,涉及若干信号通路,运用君臣佐使的中医理论探讨单体的作用机制,最后总结,为补中益气汤治疗心衰提供更多的科学依据。Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤),as the representative prescription of invigorating Qi and uplifting Yang,has the effect of invigorating middle and invigorating Qi and uplifting Yang.It is often used in spleen and stomach diseases.In the course of clinical application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Professor WANG Leshan,a famous TCM in Liaoning Province,found that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a remarkable effect on heart failure.In recent years,the mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases has been gradually paid attention to.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction contains eight traditional Chinese medicines,namely Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma),Chenpi(Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix),Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Shengma(Cimicifugae Rhizoma).The research on the mechanism of action of TCM monomers in the treatment of diseases is increasing.It is of great significance to summarize this formula for exploring the mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of heart failure.In this paper,based on the guideline for the composition of traditional Chinese medicine,CNKI,Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China,Part 1,2020 edition,and ChemicalBook platform were used to understand the effective ingredients of each traditional Chinese medicine,and PubMed and CNKI were used to search and classify and summarize the monomers'action mechanism related to heart failure.It mainly includes eight pharmacological effects including anti-inflammation,anti-apoptosis,anti-myocardial fibrosis,anti-oxidation,anti-myocardial hypertrophy,improving myocardial metabolism,promoting angiogenesis,and regulating autophagy,which involve several signal pathways.The mechanism of action of the monomone is discussed by using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine of king,minister,and minister.Finally,the conclusion provides more scientific basis for the treatment of heart failure
