半夏泻心汤治疗消化系统疾病研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：半夏泻心汤为2018年国家中医药管理局公布的首批百首经方之一,出自《伤寒杂病论》,主治寒热错杂之痞满证,现代临床广泛用于消化系统疾病。该文整理了半夏泻心汤的化学成分及其治疗消化系统疾病的临床应用和药理作用,并通过中药质量标志物“五原则”相关研究方法,预测了半夏泻心汤治疗消化系统疾病的质量标志物,为其治疗消化系统疾病质量标准提供参考。Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)is one of the first 100 classic prescriptions published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018,it comes from theTreatiseon TyphoidandMiscellaneousDiseases,it is mainly used to treat the indications of cold and heat mixed fullness syndrome and is widely used in digestive system diseases in modern clinical practice.The paper summarized the chemical components of Banxia Xiexin Decoction and its clinical application and pharmacological action in the treatment of digestive system diseases,and predicts the quality markers of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of digestive system diseases through the relevant research methods of“five principles”of traditional Chinese medicine quality markers,so as to provide reference for the quality standard of its treatment of digestive system diseases.
