补肾祛瘀法治疗绒毛膜下血肿诊治研究进展

摘　　要：绒毛膜下血肿属于“胎漏”“胎动不安”范畴,中医学及现代医学对其预防及诊治极为重视。将孕妇的人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮、雌二醇以及超声检测作为主要观察指标,能够对早期的病灶进行及时的判断以及诊治。将孕妇糖类抗原125(CA125)以及血清钙作为辅助观察指标,能够进一步了解孕妇的身体状况以及胚胎的发育情况。固肾安胎应作为治疗胎动不安的首要原则,然而单纯以固肾安胎诊疗该病,难以有效祛邪安胎。以祛瘀止血为辅的治疗手段能够促进新血的生成,更好地达到活血安胎的效果。同时该文对活血化瘀之品的现代药理学、选择与搭配以及注意事项进行阐述。秉前人思想,作者希望积极发挥中医药优势,将中药进行灵活应用,以在绒毛膜下血肿治疗中取得显著成效,为妊娠期保驾护航。Subchorionic hematoma belongs to the category of“fetal leakage”“fetal restlessness”,and the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of it is of great importance in the motherland and modern medicine.Through the detection of human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone,estradiol and ultrasound in pregnant women as the main indexes,the early lesions can be diagnosed and treated in time.Through the detection of CA125 and serum calcium in pregnant women as auxiliary indicators,we can further understand the physical condition of pregnant women and the development of embryos.Strengthening the kidney and anchoring the fetus is the first principle of treating fetal restlessness.However,it is difficult to effectively remove the evil and calm the fetus by simply treating the disease with solid kidney.The treatment of removing blood stasis as a supplement can promote the generation of new blood and better achieve the effect of promoting blood circulation and abortion.At the same time,this paper expounds the modern pharmacology,selection and collocation of the products for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and matters for attention.The author hopes to give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and apply Chinese medicine flexibly,hoping that it can achieve remarkable results in the treatment of subchorionic hematoma and escort the middle and late pregnancy.
