徐州市9家制造企业劳动者职业健康素养现状调查

摘　　要：目的 了解徐州市9家制造企业一线劳动者职业健康素养水平状况和影响因素。方法 采用分层随机抽样方法对9家制造企业476名一线劳动者进行职业健康素养问卷调查。运用χ^(2)检验分析职业健康素养及各维度与相关因素关系。结果 9家制造企业一线劳动者共调查476人,职业健康素养具备率为32.4%,不同年龄、学历、收入人群职业素养具备率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),其中18~30岁(45.1%)、大专及以上(47.7%)、月收入3 000~6 999元(34.0%)的人群具备率较高;职业健康法律知识具备率为34.9%,不同年龄、学历、收入人群法律知识具备率差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),其中30~40岁(40.4%)、大专及以上(52.3%)、平均月收入≥7 000元(50.0%)的人群具备率较高;职业健康保护基本知识具备率72.1%;职业健康保护基本技能具备率19.5%,不同年龄、学历职业健康保护基本技能具备率差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),以18~30岁(37.3%)、大专及以上(40.0%)具备率较高;健康工作方式和行为具备率47.5%,不同学历具备率差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.734,P=0.001),大专及以上(53.8%)具备率较高。结论 徐州市制造企业一线劳动者职业健康素养水平高于全国居民健康水平,年龄、文化程度、平均月收入是职业人群健康素养的重要影响因素。Objective To investigate the occupational health literacy level and influencing factors of front⁃line workers in nine manufacturing enterprises in Xuzhou City.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to sur⁃vey the occupational health literacy of 476 front⁃line workers in 9 manufacturing enterprises.Theχ^(2) test was used to analyze occupational health literacy and the relationship between various dimensions and related factors.Results A total of 476 front-line workers from 9 manufacturing enterprises were surveyed,and the occupational health literacy attainment rate was 32.4%,and the differences in occupational literacy attainment rate among different ages,educational backgrounds,and income groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Among them,people aged 18-30(45.1%),college degree or above(47.7%),and monthly income of 3000-6999 yuan(34.0%)had a higher rate of possession.The possession rate of occupa⁃tional health legal knowledge was 34.9%,and the differences in legal knowledge possession rate among different ages,educa⁃tional backgrounds,and income groups were statistically significant(all P<0.05),among which 30-40 years old(40.4%),col⁃lege degree or above(52.3%),and average monthly income>7000 yuan(50.0%)had higher possession rates.The basic knowledge of occupational health protection was 72.1%;the rate of basic skills in occupational health protection was 19.5%,and the difference in the rate of basic skills in occupational health protection was statistically significant(all P<0.05),and the rate of attainment rate was higher with 18-30 years old(37.3%)and college degree or above(40.0%).The attainment rate of healthy working style and behavior was 47.5%,and the difference in attainment rate of different educational qualifications was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.734,P=0.001),and the attainment rate of a college degree or above(53.8%)was higher.Conclusion The occupational health literacy level of front⁃line workers in Xuzhou manufacturing enterprises is higher than that
