2022年某医学院校新生入学体检结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析某医学院校新生入学体检结果,为指导高校开展大学生群体针对性健康教育提供参考依据。方法对2022年某医学院校的4260名新生进行健康体检,测量身高、体质量、血压,并计算体质量指数;生化检查:血常规、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶。使用SPSS 21.0软件分析相关性指标检出情况。结果新生总超重率为16.24%,总肥胖率为7.60%。其中男生超重肥胖的检出率为38.50%,高于女生的16.37%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=279.727,P<0.001);本科生超重肥胖检出率为28.16%,高于研究生的18.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=49.771,P<0.001)。男生高血压、肝功能异常、脂肪肝和高尿酸血症检出率分别为14.45%、10.28%、4.59%和38.63%,高于女生的3.33%、1.73%、0.35%和4.72%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);本科生、研究生高血压检出率分别为6.91%、7.30%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.245,P=0.621),但本科生肝功能异常、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症检出率分别为5.63%、2.24%、18.08%,明显高于研究生的3.47%、1.26%、14.04%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该高校新生营养相关指标检出率较高,其中男生相对女生、本科生相对研究生的营养状况更加不容乐观,学校应分层次加强对学生合理膳食结构和生活方式的指导和干预。Objective To analyze the results of physical examination for freshmen in a medical college,so as to pro⁃vide a reference for guiding colleges and universities to carry out targeted health education for college students.Methods In 2022,4260 freshmen of a medical college were examined to measure height,body weight,blood pressure,and body mass index,and biochemical examinations:blood routine,urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,and alanine aminotransferase.SPSS 21.0 software was used to analyze correlation indicator detections.Results The total overweight rate of freshmen was 16.24%,and the total obesity rate was 7.60%.Among them,the detection rate of overweight and obesity in boys was 38.50%,which was higher than that of female students(16.37%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=279.727,P<0.001).The detection rate of overweight and obesity in undergraduate students was 28.16%,which was higher than that of postgraduate students(18.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=49.771,P<0.001).The detection rates of hypertension,abnormal liver function,fatty liver,and hyperuricemia in boys were 14.45%,10.28%,4.59%,and 38.63%,respectively,which were higher than those of 3.33%,1.73%,0.35%and 4.72%in girls,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.001).The detection rates of hypertension in undergraduate and postgraduate students were 6.91%and 7.30%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.245,P=0.621).However,the detection rates of abnormal liver function,fatty liver,and hyperuricemia in undergraduate students were 5.63%,2.24%,and 18.08%,respec⁃tively,which were significantly higher than those of postgraduate students at 3.47%,1.26%,and 14.04%,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rates of nutrition-related disease indicators of fresh⁃men in this college are relatively high,and the nutritional status of male students compared with that of female students and the status of undergrad
