摘　　要：慢性炎性痛作为一种社会公共卫生问题存在已久,涵盖多种临床常见病,严重影响患者工作与生活。麦粒灸是一种治疗效果显著、副作用小的中医疗法。为探究麦粒灸对于慢性疼痛的治疗作用,本文对近10年内的相关文献进行整理总结,发现麦粒灸治疗各种慢性炎性痛的作用机制可能与调节炎症细胞因子、调节核因子-κB信号通路、激活JAK-STAT信号等有关,临床效果确切,以期为麦粒灸治疗慢性炎性痛的基础与临床研究提供参考。Chronic inflammatory pain as a social public health problem has existed for a long time,covering a variety of common clinical diseases,seriously affecting the work and life of patients.Wheat grain moxibustion is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine therapy with remarkable curative effect and little side effect.In order to explore the therapeutic effect of wheat gain moxibustion on chronic pain,this article summarize the relevant literature in the past 10 years,and find that the mechanism of moxibustion on various chronic inflammatory pain may be related to the regulation of inflammatory cytokines,regulation of nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway,activation of JAK-STAT signal,etc.The clinical effect is accurate,in order to provide reference for the basic and clinical research of wheat gain moxibustion treatment of chronic inflammatory pain.
