摘　　要：张锡纯是近代中西汇通之名医,所著《医学衷中参西录》代表了其行医治病的独特思维。张锡纯认为淋浊多由纵欲过度而下焦相火妄动酿生虚热,虚热牵制气机使得膀胱气化不利引起尿道牵引作痛,尿流不畅。张锡纯以运转气机、补肾固脱、清热利尿为治疗准则,用药别出心裁,在淋浊篇14个独创方剂中,常以山药、芡实、阿胶补肾固涩,知母、白芍清热利小便,龙骨、牡蛎收敛固元气,白头翁、鲜小蓟根清热利血淋,以及鸦胆子、丈菊子化瘀解毒淋。上述思想打破了淋浊实热论治的惯性思维,为后世淋浊论治点明了新方向,具有深远影响和时代意义。Zhang Xichun is a famous doctor in modern times who connects China and the West,and his book Yixue Zhongzhong Can Xilu represents his unique thinking on saving lives and treating diseases.Zhang Xichun believed that the Linzhuo was mainly caused by excessive indulgency and the fire of the lower jiao phase induced deficient heat,which restrained qi movement and made bladder gasification unfavorable,causing urinary tract traction pain and poor urine flow.Zhang Xichun took the operation of qi movement,tonifying kidney for relieving desertion,clearing heat and diuresis as the treatment criteria,the use of medicine is unique.Among the 14 original prescriptions in the Linzhuo article,Dioscoreae Rhizoma,Euryales Semen,Asini Corii Colla tonifying the kidney and reinforcing astringency,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba clearing heat and relieving urine,bone fossil of big mammals,Ostreae Concha astringent and strengthening vitality,Pulsatillae Radix,fresh Cirsii Herba root clearing heat and relieving blood,and Bruceae Fructus and Zhangjuzi removing blood stasis and relieving poison.The above thought has broken the habitual thinking of treating linzhuo and excessive heat,and pointed out a new direction for the treatment of linzhuo in the future,which has far-reaching influence and significance of the times.
