小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗小儿支气管哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的探究小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗小儿支气管哮喘(以下简称“哮喘”)的效果。方法选择北京市密云区妇幼保健院2019年10月至2022年10月接诊的哮喘患儿96例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分成两组,各48例。对照组予以沙美特罗替卡松治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加小儿咳喘灵颗粒治疗,连续用药2周。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前及治疗2周后肺功能[第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]、症状积分、炎症指标[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)];记录两组用药安全性。结果观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组FEV1/FVC%、PEF较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状积分较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组hs-CRP、FeNO较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿咳喘灵颗粒联合沙美特罗替卡松可明显提升哮喘患儿疗效、改善症状,降低炎症水平,提高肺功能,同时用药安全。Objective To explore the effect of Xiao’er Kechuanling Granules combined with Salmeteroteicasone in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma(hereinafter referred to as“asthma”).Methods A total of 96 children with asthma treated in Beijing Miyun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Salmeteroteicasone,while observation group was treated with Xiao’er Kechuanling Granules on the basis of control group,the drug was administered continuously for two weeks.The clinical effect of two groups was compared;the pulmonary function(forced expiratory volume in first second[FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC],and peak expiratory flow[PEF]),symptom score,inflammatory index(hypersensitive C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],fractional exhaled nitric oxide[FeNO])of two groups were compared before treatment and two weeks after treatment;the safety of two groups was recorded.Results The cilnical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1/FVC%and PEF in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group was higher control group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP and FeNO in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiao’er Kechuanling Granules combined with Salmeteroteicasone can significantly improve the efficacy of children with asthma,improve symptoms,reduce the level of inflammation,improve lung function,and drug safety.
