摘　　要：总结介绍粟漩教授基于形神一体理论治疗格林巴利综合征的临床经验。粟漩教授认为神机失守,脏腑气血失常,形体失养,形神分离是格林巴利综合征的主要病机,主张以调神导气、健运脾胃为法,应用“一针二灸三巩固”的治疗模式,采用针刺、麦粒灸、皮内针进行治疗,使人体形神协调统一,从而气血生化有源、布散有序,脏腑及筋脉肌肉得以濡养。This paper summarizes and introduces the clinical experience of Professor SU Xuan in the treatment of Guillain-Barré syndrome based on the theory of the unity of spirit and form.Professor SU Xuan holds that the main pathogenesis of Guillain-Barré syndrome includes the oppressed vital activity abode,abnormal qi and blood in viscera and bowels,dystrophy of body constituent,and separation of form and spirit.In the treatment,Professor SU proposes the principles of regulating spirit and guiding qi,and fortifying the spleen and stomach,the treatment pattern of "firstly apply acupuncture,secondly using moxibustion,thirdly focusing on consolidation",and the methods of acupuncture,grain-sized moxibustion,and intradermal needle,to unify and harmony the form and spirit,which can help ensure the source of qi and blood production,the orderly distribution of qi and blood,and the nourishment of viscera,bowels,sinews,vessels and muscles.
