摘　　要：介绍刘芳主任医师从肝论治功能性消化不良的临床经验。刘芳认为,情志是功能性消化不良发病的关键,阳气与情志关系密切,阳虚易致郁。功能性消化不良常以实证之肝郁而致肝胃不和多见,邪气久羁耗伤正气,可出现本虚标实或虚实夹杂。故治疗上重视足厥阴肝经原穴太冲疏肝行气和胃之效,解郁安神首选头部及手少阴心经中带“神”字之穴位,方药拟消痞疏肝和胃方,并在整个治疗过程中强调“重灸中脘,振奋阳气”的重要性。即以从肝论治为治疗关键,从肝治胃为基本治则,治疗上强调疏肝调神,同时重视灸法。This paper introduces the clinical experience of chief physician LIU Fang in treating functional dyspepsia from the liver based on syndrome differentiation.LIU Fang believes that emotion is the key to the occurrence of functional dyspepsia,and yang qi is closely related to emotion;yang deficiency is easy to cause constraint.Functional dyspepsia is often characterized by the excess of liver constraint,commonly causing disharmony of the liver and the stomach.The pathogenic qi stays for a long time and damages healthy qi,which may lead to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality or deficiency-excess complex.Therefore,attention should be paid to the foot jueyin liver channel to exert the effect of soothing the liver,moving qi and harmonizing the stomach through the original point Taichong point(LV 3).To resolve constraint and calm the mind,the first choice is points with the Chinese character "Shen" on the head and the hand shaoyin heart channel.In terms of prescriptions,Xiaopi Shugan Hewei Prescription is adopted.Moreover,the importance of "applying heavy moxibustion to the middle portion of gastric cavity to invigorate yang qi" is emphasized in the whole treatment process.That is to take treating from the liver based on syndrome differentiation as the key to treatment,and take treating the stomach from the liver as the basic treatment principle,stress on soothing the liver and regulating the mind,while paying attention to moxibustion.
