摘　　要：介绍徐莲薇教授运用膏方从肝脾论治多囊卵巢综合征的临床经验。徐莲薇教授认为多囊卵巢综合征的病机本质为本虚标实,应从肝、脾、肾论治,健脾填精养血以资其“本”,化痰疏肝消瘀以祛其“实”。冬令膏方依辨证化裁用药严谨,剂型易服方便可坚持,故临床可收良效。This paper introduces Professor XU Lianwei's clinical experience in treating polycystic ovary syndrome from the liver and the spleen with soft extract based on syndrome differentiation.Professor XU Lianwei believes that the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome is the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and should be treated from the liver,the spleen and the kidney based on syndrome differentiation.That is to nourish its "origin" by fortifying the spleen,supplementing essence and nourishing blood,and to dispel its "excess" by dissolving phlegm,soothing the liver and resolving stasis.Soft extract used in winter are strictly prescribed and modified according to syndrome differentiation,and they are easy to take and convenient for patients to adhere to,so it can receive good clinical effect in clinical practice.
