摘  要:船体双曲度外板制造完成后,造船工人使用样板或者样箱检测钢板的成形形状。然而,这种人工的检测模式不满足自动化成形和检测的需要。文章采用激光全站仪测量待测钢板的曲面特征点数据,根据该数据和设计曲面数据对曲面进行粗定位,采用迭代最近点(ICP)算法对曲面进行精细定位,在此基础上,提出曲面成形度评估的曲面欧式距离差值图和高斯曲率差值比量化评价方法。通过曲面测量案例验证该方法的有效性,计算结果表明该评估方法有效,能满足船体双曲度外板成形检测的要求。After fabrication of the double curved hull plate,the shipwright usually uses a group of wooden temple plate or wooden box to inspect the shape of the plate.However,this manual inspection mode has not adapted to the needs of automated forming and inspection.Laser total station is used to measure the surface feature point data of the steel plate.After rough localization of the measured surface with the design surface,iterative closest point(ICP)algorithm is used to conduct fine localization task.A method is presented to evaluate forming degree of measured surface which is surface Euclidean distance difference map and Gaussian curvature difference ratio.The effectiveness of the method is verified by a curved surface measurement case.The calculation results show that the evaluation method is effective and can meet the requirements of hull curved outer plate forming inspection.
