中国西部茜草属药用植物资源调查、分类鉴定与开发利用

摘　　要：茜草属Rubia Linn.是茜草科Rubiaceae植物中一类具有重要药用和经济价值的类群,具有凉血止血、活血化瘀等功效,也是重要的染料植物。国内茜草属植物种类多,分布广泛,但目前该属药材存在资源现状不清、多来源、易混淆等问题。通过收集植物志、网络等资料信息,对茜草属植物资源集中和丰富的我国西部地区开展野外调查,历时94天,行程34448公里,采集样品93份,按西北和西南地区进行分类,鉴定出22种茜草属植物;根据调查结果和现有资料进行总结,更新我国西部茜草属资源现状记载。我国目前分布有茜草属植物42种,药用18种;通过活性成分含量比较,提出林生茜草和柄花茜草是潜在的替代药用茜草属资源植物,为确定茜草属植物的西部资源家底、药源扩大及资源的合理开发利用提供了科学依据。The plants of Rubia Linn.are one of the groups in Rubiaceae with important medicinal and economic values.They have the effects of cooling blood and hemostasis,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and they are also important dye plants.Various Rubia species distribute widely in China.But resource status,multi origins and easily confused morphology remain unclear.In this paper,the information of Rubia resources was collected through flora,internet data,et al.The field survey was carried out in Western China with rich resource.93 samples were collected and 22 Rubia species were identified with a 34448 km field survey in 94 days.According to the survey results and existing data,the current situation of domestic Rubia resources were updated.At present,there are 42 species of Rubia plants and 18 species with medicinal value in China.By comparing the contents of active components,we suggested that R.sylvatica and R.podantha are potential alternative medicinal Rubia resource plants.This paper provides a scientific basis for finding out the resources in Western China,expansion of drug resources and rational development and utilization of Rubia plants.
