产学研创新联合体提升企业自主创新能力的路径——以国家先进功能纤维创新中心为例

摘　　要：以国家先进功能纤维创新中心为研究对象,采用单案例研究方法,通过归纳研究对象相关数据,深入分析案例概况,探究产学研创新联合体提升企业自主创新能力的重要路径。研究发现,满足国家与市场需求、发挥领军企业引领支撑作用、建立知识产权管理机制、构建全产业链协同创新体系、实现“科研—中试—产业化”创新链内部一体化、获取政府各项政策支持和聚集、管理和培养“高精尖”人才是产学研创新联合体提升企业自主创新能力的7条重要路径。This paper takes National Advanced Functional Fibers Innovation Center as the research object,adopts the single case research method,conducts in-depth analysis of the case overview by summarizing relevant data of the research object,and investigates the path of industry-university-research innovation consortia to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises.The paper finds that:meeting national and market needs,giving full play to the leading and supportive role of leading enterprises,establishing intellectual property management mechanisms,building a collaborative innovation system for the whole industry chain,realizing the internal integration of the innovation chain of"research-pilot-industrialization",obtaining various government support,and gathering,managing and cultivating high-precision and cutting-edge talents are the 7 paths for industry-university-research innovation consortia to enhance the independent innovation capability of enterprises.
