新时期深化广东科技援疆工作的思考——基于科技创新平台建设的视角

摘　　要：为更好发挥科技创新引领新疆高质量发展作用,通过梳理总结当前新疆科技创新平台发展及广东援建平台建设情况,发现新疆存在高水平科技创新平台数量少、平台发展不平衡、研发投入资金供需矛盾突出、科技人才“培、引、留”难度大,以及广东援建平台建设未成体系,运营体制机制不完善等问题。为此,在总结借鉴其他省市科技援疆工作经验的基础上,提出深化广东科技援疆工作的思路,并从推动广东优势科技资源援疆、创新科技合作模式、加强资源和政策扶持等方面提出建议,为新时期开创广东科技援疆新局面提供新思路。In order to give better play to the role of science and technology innovation in leading Xinjiang's highquality development,through combing and summarizing the current development of Xinjiang's sci-tech innovation platform and the construction of Guangdong's assisted platforms,it is found that Xinjiang has problems such as the small number of high-level sci-tech innovation platforms,the unbalanced development of platforms,the prominent contradiction between supply and demand of R&D investment funds,and it is very dificult for sci-tech talents to be"cultivated,induced and retained".It is also found that the construction of platforms supported by Guangdong has not been systematic,and the operation system and mechanism are not perfect,and so on.To this end,on the basis of summarizing and learning from the work experience of other provinces and cities in sci-tech assistance to Xinjiang,this paper puts forward ideas for deepening Guangdong's sci-tech assistance to Xinjiang,and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of promoting Guangdong's advantageous science and technology resources to assist Xinjiang,innovating sci-tech cooperation models,and strengthening resources and policy support,so as to provide new ideas for creating a new situation in Guangdong's sci-tech assistance to Xinjiang in the new era.
