摘 要:我国各地区的经济发展、科技发展基础差异较大,为探究影响储能科技发展的相关因素,以近年国内储能装机规模居前5位的省份,即山东、宁夏、广东、湖南、内蒙古为研究对象,利用其2001—2021年储能发明专利数作为被解释变量构建回归方程进行定量分析。结果表明:R&D经费促进储能发明专利数快速上升,储能发明专利数、技术市场交易额、R&D经费投入、风电光伏发电量初步形成互相促进的良性循环;五省份的储能发明专利数在2010年以后以较快速度增长,特别是经济总量在全国居前列的广东和山东增长快速,从研发示范向商业化初期战略转型;按照各变量的影响程度,广东、湖南的储能技术发展可划分为科技促进型,山东属于科技交流促进型,内蒙古、宁夏属于电力输出促进型。基于研究发现,提出不同地区应基于自身实际情况采取有针对性的措施推动储能技术发展,同时各省份应加强合作,建立跨区域的技术交易市场。The foundation of economic development and scientific and technological development in our regions varies greatly.In order to explore the relevant factors affecting the development of energy storage technology,taking five provinces with the largest installed capacity of energy storage in China,namely Shandong,Ningxia,Guangdong,Hunan and Inner Mongolia as the research objects,the number of their energy storage invention patents from 2001 to 2021 is used as the explained variable,the regression equations are constructed for the quantitative analysis.The results show that the number of energy storage invention patents promoted by R&D expenditure has increased rapidly,and the amount of energy storage invention patents,technology market transaction volume,R&D investment and wind power and photovoltaic power generation have initially formed a virtuous circle of mutual promotion;the number of energy storage invention patents of five provinces has increased rapidly since 2010,especially in Guangdong and Shandong,where the economic aggregate is at the forefront of the country,have transformed from R&D demonstration to the initial stage of commercialization.According to the influence degree of each variable,the development of energy storage technology in Guangdong and Hunan can be divided into science and technology promotion type,Shandong belongs to science and technology exchange promotion type,while Inner Mongolia and Ningxia belong to power output promotion type.Based on the research,it is proposed that different regions should take targeted measures to promote the development of energy storage technology based on their own actual conditions,and at the same time,all provinces should strengthen cooperation and establish a cross-regional technology trading market.
