中医药经典方剂治疗常见皮肤疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：中医对皮肤疾病的认识和治疗有独特的理论体系和有效的实践经验,其治疗优势包括治疗手段丰富、药物剂型多样、毒副作用小等。目前中医药经典方剂治疗皮肤疾病的临床疗效显著,有利于改善患者皮损症状,减轻精神压力,缓解负面情绪,增强机体免疫功能,且治疗期间不良反应发生率和治愈后复发率均较低,安全性高,远期疗效稳定。其与西医治疗手段相结合,可更好地提高治疗效果,降低复发率。未来深入研究中医药经典方剂应用于皮肤疾病的有效性和作用机制,可为皮肤疾病的治疗提供新思路。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a unique theoretical system and effective practical experience in understanding and treating skin diseases.Its therapeutic advantages include rich treatment methods,diverse drug formulations,and low toxic side effects.At present,classical TCM formulas have significant clinical efficacy in treating kin diseases,which is beneficial for the patients to improve skin lesion symptoms,reduce mental stress,alleviate negative emotions,and enhance immune function.Moreover,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the recurrence rate after cure are both low,with high safety and stable long-term efficacy.Combining it with western medical treatment methods can better improve the therapeutic effect and reduce recurrence rates.In the future,in-depth research on the effectiveness and mechanism of action of classical TCM formulas applied to skin diseases can provide new ideas for the treatment of skin diseases.
