摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)为妇科临床常见内分泌疾病,可影响女性生育能力,降低生活质量,且发病率逐年上升。许润三教授致力于中医妇科临床、教研已逾70年,对于多囊卵巢综合征不孕有丰富的诊治经验与独特见解。在病因病机方面,许润三教授认为肾虚为PCOS不孕的致病之本,脾虚痰湿为发病之标,情志不遂亦可致病;辨证治疗以补肾大法为基石,注重调节肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫轴功能,兼以健脾化痰、疏肝解郁。许润三教授自拟调冲方,有补肾阳、益精血、理冲任、调经助孕之功,利于改善患者生活质量,临床疗效甚佳。Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disease in gynecology,which can affect female fertility and reduce the quality of life,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Professor Xu Runsan has devoted himself to the clinical practice,teaching and research of TCM gynecology for more than 70 years,and has rich experience and unique insights in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility caused by PCOS.In terms of etiology and pathogenesis,Prof.Xu Runsan believes that kidney deficiency is the root cause of infertility caused by PCOS,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness are the manifestations of the disease,and emotional disorder can also cause infertility.The syndrome differentiation for treatment is based on tonifying the kidney,focusing on regulating the function of the kidney-tianguichongren-uterus axis,combined with strengthening the spleen and dissipating phlegm,soothing the liver and relieving depression.Prof.Xu Runsan's self-prepared Tiaochong Formula has the functions of tonifying kidney-Yang,nourishing essence and blood,regulating chongren,regulating menstruation and assisting pregnancy,which is conducive to improving the living standard of patients and has a good clinical effect.
