摘  要:通过对四川地区地震预警信息发布时延进行分析,发现不同渠道的预警信息发布时延有差异。结果显示:地震预警触控终端发布的预警信息时延最低可达到0.002 s;其次是地震预警APP的发布时延为0.065 s;地震预警应急广播终端时延能控制在1.5 s内,可达到秒级发布标准;电视预警渠道时延受推送用户数量影响,当总量超过50万用户时,时延将超过1 s,当总量超过100万用户时,时延将超过2 s。建议将地震预警触控终端和应急广播终端部署在网络信号强的位置来减少时延,增加服务器数量来分担电视地震预警前置安全系统的传输、推送和分发压力,达到减少电视渠道发布预警信息的时延目的。By analyzing the delay of earthquake warning information release in the Sichuan region,we found that there were differences in the delay of warning information release through different channels:(1)the minimum delay of warning information released by earthquake early warning touch terminal can reach 0.002 seconds;(2)the release time-delay related to the earthquake warning APP is 0.065 seconds;(3)the time-delay of the earthquake warning emergency broadcasting terminal can be controlled within 1.5 seconds,reaching the second level release standard;(4)the delay of TV warning channels is affected by the number of pushed users.Specifically,the delay will exceed 1 second when the total number of users exceeds 500000.Similarly,the delay will exceed 2 seconds when the total number of users exceeds 1000000.Therefore,we suggest that deploying earthquake warning touch terminals and emergency broadcasting terminals at the locations with strong network signals can reduce time-delay and increase the number of servers to share the transmission,push and distribution pressure of the television earthquake warning pre-security system,and achieve the goal of reduce the time-delay in release warning information through television channels.
