摘 要:白蚁是等翅目昆虫,是世界性五大害虫之一,分布广泛,对房屋建筑、园林绿化、水利工程、通信设施等均会造成严重破坏,全球每年因白蚁危害造成的经济损失多达数十亿美元。近年来,分子生物技术越来越广泛地被应用于白蚁学研究,加深了对白蚁的认知。对白蚁生殖品级、兵蚁品级等品级分化方面的最新研究进行了综述,旨在通过白蚁分子机制的全新认识和相关功能基因的筛选,为新型高效、环保的白蚁防治药剂的研发提供新的思路和参考。Termites are one of the five major pests in the world,belonging to the order Isoptera.They are widely distributed and can cause serious damage to buildings,landscaping,water conservancy projects,communication facilities,and other areas.The economic losses caused by termites worldwide each year amount to billions of dollars.In recent years,molecular biotechnology has been increasingly applied in termitology research,refreshing new understanding of termites.This article provided a review of the latest research on the differentiation of termite reproductive grades,soldier ant grades,and other grades,aiming to provide new ideas and references for the development of new efficient and environmentally friendly termite control agents through a new understanding of termite molecular mechanisms and screening of related functional genes.
