摘 要:生物体体长的性二型、种群年龄结构均是生物学中的热点问题。性二型与物种的生存和繁殖策略息息相关,种群结构有助于深入了解生物种群的生命周期和生态需求,并且可以评估种群健康状况,根据评估状况制定保护和管理策略。以城口县公安部门缴获的166只非法捕捉的隆肛蛙为研究对象,探讨了体长在雌雄隆肛蛙个体之间是否存在差异以及根据骨龄学方法确定隆肛蛙的个体年龄,预测当地隆肛蛙的未来增长趋势。体长性二型研究结果发现,雌性和雄性隆肛蛙在体长上存在差异,并且雌性体长大于雄性。种群年龄结构评估结果发现,雌雄个体年龄主要分布在2~3龄,雌雄个体数量金字塔图呈现衰退型。若非法捕捉等人为干预持续存在,可能会进一步加剧隆肛蛙种群数量的衰退。因此,加强保护力度、实施严格的保护措施,并加强保护宣传,对于隆肛蛙及其他两栖动物的保护具有重要的意义。The sex dimorphism of body size and population age structure are hot issues in biology.Sex dimorphism is closely related to the survival and reproduction strategies of the species,and population structure provides insight into the life cycle and ecological needs of the biological population,and can assess the health status of the population,based on which conservation and management strategies can be developed.In this study,166 illegally captured Feirana quadranus were collected from Chengkou county public security department to investigate whether there was a difference in body size between male and female Feirana quadranus,and to determine the individual age of Feirana quadranus based on osteological methods to predict the future growth trend of local Feirana quadranus.The results of sex dimorphism of body size study showed that there were differences in body size between female and male,and the female body size was larger than that of male.The results of population age structure assessment showed that the age of male and female individuals was mainly distributed in 2~3 years,and the number pyramid of male and female individuals showed a declining type.If human intervention such as illegal trapping continues,it may further aggravate the decline of Feirana quadranus population.Therefore,strengthening the protection,implementing strict protection measures,and strengthening the protection publicity have important and far-reaching effects and significance for the protection of Feirana quadranus and other amphibians.
