摘 要:船舶推进柴油机的单体式高压油泵结构复杂,零部件工艺要求高。由于高压油泵的柱塞偶件属于精密偶件,因此,固体颗粒物或水分对其的影响较大,很容易造成柱塞偶件卡死,高压油泵无法工作的故障。本文统计了某船推进柴油机高压油泵柱塞偶件卡死的故障案例,分析了高压油泵卡死的原因,并依据日常的经验提出解决方案和优化措施,对后续解决同类故障具有一定的实践参考价值。维护管理人员应当在使用操作和维护保养过程中做到“规范操作、正确使用、及时保养”,就能够大大减少高压油泵柱塞卡死这类故障的发生。The structure of single high pressure oil pump of marine propulsion diesel engine is complex.And the parts process requirements are high.Due to the high pressure oil pump plunger parts belong to precision parts,the influence of solid particles or moisture on it is bigger,it is easy to cause the plunger parts stuck,high pressure oil pump can't work fault.The fault cases of high pressure oil pump plunger coupling stuck in a ship's propulsion diesel engine were counted.The causes of high pressure oil pump stuck were analyzed.The solutions and optimization measures were put forward according to daily experience,which has certain practical reference value for solving similar faults in the future.
