摘　　要：嘉宝果是一种极具发展前景的热带亚热带果树,经过多年引种栽培,在我国南方地区已有较大规模的种植面积,并形成完善的栽培技术规程。扩大嘉宝果在国内各地区的引种繁育规模,积极开发嘉宝果系列产品是推动嘉宝果产业多元化发展的趋势。本文综述了嘉宝果的生物学特性、种质资源及国内引种繁育、利用价值及加工技术方面的情况,期望从种苗繁育和加工利用这2个方向为嘉宝果产业发展提供参考。Jaboticaba is a tropical and subtropical fruit tree with potential for development. After many years of cultivation,there have been large-scale planting areas in the southern part of our country, and perfect cultivation technical regulations have been established. Expanding the introduction and breeding scale of Jaboticaba in various regions of China and actively developing Jaboticaba series products are the trends needed to promote the diversified development of the Jaboticaba industry. The biological characteristics, germplasm resources, introduction and breeding, utilization value, and processing technology of Jaboticaba were reviewed in this paper, hoping to provide a reference for the Jaboticaba industry development from the two directions of seed breeding, processing and utilization.
