摘　　要：针对社保业务存在的工作量大、时效性强、情况复杂、遗留问题多等问题,提出建立社保服务中心,探索在一定区域内实行统一的规模化、集约化的社保业务共享服务模式,从保障机制、业务处理流程、信息化水平等方面进行了创新实践,为新形势下提高社保业务服务水平提供了借鉴。Addressing the challenges of heavy workload,urgency,complexity,and legacy issues in social security business,this paper advocates establishing a social security service center.It explores implementing a unified,large-scale,intensive shared service model for social security business within a specific region.Innovations in operation mechanisms,business processing,and information level are discussed,offering insights to enhance the service quality of social security business under new conditions.
