摘　　要：文化和旅游深度融合和科技创新正成为引领城市旅游经济增长的双重引擎。文章基于对文旅融合、科技创新与城市旅游经济发展三者关系的理论探讨,以2009-2019年中国262个地级及以上城市为研究样本,通过构建非线性面板门槛模型,实证检验科技创新作用下文旅融合对城市旅游经济增长的影响。研究发现:文旅融合促进城市旅游经济增长,且在中西部城市、非旅游城市更为凸显;文旅融合的旅游经济效应受科技创新的影响,主要体现在科技创新产出和科技创新环境上,受科技创新投入的影响有限;科技创新产出对文旅融合的旅游经济增长效应具有强化作用,而科技创新环境与文化赋能促进城市旅游经济发展具有一定的替代效应。The deep integration of culture and tourism,and technology innovation is emerging as a dual engine propelling the high-quality development of urban tourism economy.This paper,grounded in theoretical explorations of the relationships between the integration of culture and tourism,technological innovation,and the development of urban tourism economy,focuses on a research sample comprising 262 Chinese cities at the prefecture level and above for the period 2009-2019.Employing a nonlinear panel threshold model,this study empirically examines the impact of cultural and tourism integration on high-quality urban tourism economic development under the influence of technological innovation.The findings of this study are as follows:(1)Integration of culture and tourism can facilitate the high-quality development of urban tourism economy,demonstrating a certain degree of heterogeneity concerning geographical location and endowment of tourism resources.In the western regions and non-tourism cities,due to limitations imposed by socio-economic development and the absence of"non-tourism elements",the role of culture and tourism integration in promoting urban tourism economic development becomes more pronounced.The results remain robust even after altering the sample,substituting variables,adjusting measurement methods,and addressing endogeneity issues.(2)There exists a moderating effect of technology innovation on the relationship between culture and tourism integration and the high-quality development of urban tourism economy.Specifically,direct inputs of technology innovation do not exert a direct influence on tourism economic development;the outputs and the environment of technology innovation play a promoting role in the tourism economic effects of culture and tourism integration.This underscores the complexity of the innovation process,wherein the transformation and diffusion of innovative outcomes are essential for adjusting industrial structures and promoting tourism economic development.(3)The direct application of outc
