摘 要:数字经济背景下,互联网成为我国产业转型和结构升级的重要引擎之一,能否借助互联网以及如何通过互联网实现旅游业高质量发展,成为当前学界重点关注的内容。文章从供需角度分析了互联网对旅游业高质量发展的影响机理,并在构建旅游业高质量发展指标体系的基础上,进一步利用我国2011—2019年的省级面板数据进行实证检验。研究发现:互联网显著促进了旅游业高质量发展水平,且更有利于旅游业高质量发展水平处于中低程度的省份;中介机制检验结果表明,互联网能通过“创新”“降低交易成本”“提高产业多元化”“消费升级”等促进旅游业高质量发展;异质性分析发现,互联网对中西部地区旅游业高质量发展的影响大于东部地区,互联网基础层对西部旅游业高质量发展影响最为显著,而互联网应用层对中部地区促进作用明显。以上结论为构建基于互联网的系统化旅游支撑体系和服务体系、加快互联网与旅游业的深度融合、精准把握消费需求提供了有益的参考依据。The Internet has developed into one of the key engines of China's industrial transformation and structural upgrading against the backdrop of the digital economy.Whether the Internet can be used and how to realize the high-quality development of tourism through the Internet has become a key concern.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism of Internet on the high-quality development of tourism from the perspective of supply and demand.On the basis of constructing an index evaluation system to measure the high-quality development level of tourism,this paper makes an empirical analysis using the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019 in China,and draws the following conclusions:The Internet has significantly promoted the high-quality development level of tourism,and every 1%increase in the development level of Internet will increase the high-quality development level of tourism by 0.023%;The test results of intermediary mechanism show that the Internet can promote the high-quality development of tourism through innovation,reducing transaction costs,improving industrial diversification and upgrading consumption;Heterogeneity analysis shows that the influence of the Internet on the high-quality development of tourism in the central and western regions is greater than that in the eastern region.The basic layer of the Internet has the most significant influence on the high-quality development of tourism in the western region,while the application layer of the Internet plays an obvious role in promoting the central region.The above conclusions provide a useful reference for building a systematic tourism support system and service system based on the Internet,accelerating the deep integration of the Internet and tourism,and accurately grasping consumer demand.
