摘  要:为了保证电解铝厂整流所设备安全稳定运行,提高整流所运行和维护的效率,本文提出了一种基于数字孪生技术的整流所设备运维系统。数字孪生技术旨在构建虚拟空间中建立数字化设备模型,通过双向交互数据流模拟物理设备的实时状态和动态特性。通过整流所现场采集器与通讯管理机交换数据,并将数据传输至运维管理系统,运维管理系统采用数字孪生技术构件的设备数据化模块,对整流所所有设备的状态数据、工艺参数和环境各种数据信息转变为数字信息,实现智能运维和全景可视化监控,为整流所运行维护、系统调度、现场设备巡检提供指导,充分保障整流所设备安全可靠运行,实现整流所设备全生命周期管理,提高整流所智能化、可视化和数字化水平。In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the rectifier station equipment in the smelter and improve the efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the rectifier station,this paper proposes an operation and maintenance system of the rectifier station equipment based on digital twin technology.Digital twin technology aims to build a digital device model in virtual space,and simulate the real-time state and dynamic characteristics of physical devices through two-way interactive data flow.Exchange data with the communication management machine through the field collector of the rectifier station and transmit the data to the operation and maintenance management system.The operation and maintenance management system uses the equipment data module of the digital twin technology component to convert the status data,process parameters and various environmental data information of all equipment in the rectifier station into digital information,realize intelligent operation and maintenance and panoramic visual monitoring,and provide guidance for the operation and maintenance of the rectifier station,system scheduling,and on-site equipment inspection.Fully ensure the safe and reliable operation of the rectifier station equipment,realize the life cycle management of the rectifier station equipment,and improve the intelligent,visual and digital level of the rectifier station.
