摘 要:目的探索连续性群组式护理模式在孕产妇围产期保健中的应用效果,为完善围产期管理措施提供参考。方法2022年7-12月,便利抽样法选取在海南省某三级甲等医院建档并规律产检的孕30~32周孕妇144名为研究对象,用随机数字表法和信封法随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各72名。对照组采用常规围产期保健服务模式,干预组采用连续性群组式护理模式。干预结束后以目的抽样法选取干预组15名孕产妇和实施干预的3名助产士进行半结构访谈,评价该模式的应用效果。结果连续性群组式护理模式促进了同伴关系、护患关系、父亲角色的成长以及助产士角色定位,并能触发团队力量为孕产妇提供多元化支持,但也存在相应的困境与挑战。结论连续性群组式护理模式为孕产妇提供了完善的社会支持系统,并促进助产士的职业认同,但该模式的组织管理支持尚不足,后续研究可进一步探讨组织支持对其的影响。Objective To explore the effect of continuous centering pregnancy model in maternal perinatal care,so as to provide reference for improving perinatal management measures.Methods From July to December 2022,144 pregnant women with gestational weeks of 30 to 32 weeks who were filed in a tertiary A hospital in Hainan province and had regular obstetric checkups were divided into an intervention group and a control group by the randomized numeric table method and the envelope method,with 72 in each group.The control group used the regular perinatal care service model,and the intervention group used the continuous centering pregnancy model.15 pregnant women in the intervention group and 3 midwives who implemented the intervention were selected by convenience sampling method to conduct semi-structured interviews at the end of the program to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the model.Results The continuous centering pregnancy model promotes the growth of peer relationship,nurse-patient relationship and fatherhood,and promotes midwife role orientation,and triggers teamwork to provide diversified support for pregnant women,but there are corresponding dilemmas and challenges.Conclusions The continuous centering pregnancy model provides a comprehensive social support system for pregnant women and promotes the professional identity of midwives,but the organizational management support of the model is not yet sufficient,and subsequent studies can further explore the impact of organizational support on it.
