摘　　要：目的了解北京市市、区两级疾病预防控制中心传染病疫情防控能力建设需求,为完善疾病预防控制体系、提高传染病疫情防控能力提供参考。方法采用问卷调查的方法,于2021年4—5月对北京市市、区两级疾控中心的专业技术人员进行疫情防控所需的培训及科研项目调查。结果共发放问卷1127份,经过数据清洗后收回有效问卷1086份。认为应开展数据挖掘应用培训的人数最多,占24.13%;认为有必要开展疫情防控相关应用类研究的人数最多,占35.41%。结论建议相关机构或部门根据不同层级的职责和工作特点,以业务能力提升为关键,制定相应的培训和科研计划,有效应对突发公共卫生事件。Objective By comprehending of the requirements for the construction of the ability to prevent and control the infectious disease of the Beijing and district CDCs,it provides a reference for improving the disease prevention and control system and the ability to prevent and control infectious diseases.Methods Employing the questionnaire method,from April to May,2021,the professional and technical personnel of the Beijing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention and some district-level Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were surveyed for training and scientific research projects needed for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Results A total of 1 127questionnaires were distributed in this survey,and 1 086 valid questionnaires were collected after data cleaning.The number of people who believe that data mining application training should be conducted is the highest,accounting for24.13%.The number of people who believe it is necessary to carry out applied research related to epidemic prevention and control is the highest,accounting for 35.41%.Conclusion It is recommended that relevant institutions or departments,based on the responsibilities and work characteristics of different levels,prioritize the improvement of business capabilities,develop corresponding training and research plans,and effectively respond to public health challenges.
