摘 要:目的了解安徽省疾病预防控制机构在职公共卫生人员教育培训现况,为加强在职公共卫生人员教育培训提供新思路。方法利用“问卷星”开展线上调查,采用χ^(2)检验和多因素logistic回归模型分析培训需求的影响因素。结果共调查971人,收回有效问卷949份,有效率为97.73%。有879人(92.62%)参加过教育培训,不同级别疾病预防控制机构(以下简称疾控机构)在职公共卫生人员参加不同单位组织培训情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、学历、专业、单位级别、工作年限和是否参加过培训的在职公共卫生人员间的教育培训需求差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安徽省现有的教育培训不能满足在职公共卫生人员工作和个人发展的需求,需要加大对基层公共卫生人员的培训力度,建立符合全省公共卫生人员职业全周期的教育培训体系。Objective To understand the current situation of education and training of on-the-job public health personnel in Anhui disease control institutions,and to provide new ideas for optimizing the education and training of on-the-job public health personnel in Anhui province.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to carry out an online survey by using "questionnaire star" method.The influencing factors of training demand were analyzed by chi-square test and multiple logistic regression model.Results A total of 971 people participated in the questionnaire survey,of which 949 were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 97.73%.879 people(92.62%) had participated in education and training,and CDC personnel at different levels participated in training undertaken by different units,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in education and training demands among different ages,educational backgrounds,majors,unit levels,working years and people who had participated in training(P<0.05).People aged ≥50 and with bachelor or higher degrees were less willing to participate in education and training(P<0.05).However,those who had previously participated in training were willing to participate in educational training(P<0.05).Conclusion The current education and training in our province cannot meet the work and personal development needs of on-the-job public health personnel.It is necessary to strengthen the training of grassroots public health personnel and establish an education and training system that conforms to the whole career cycle of public health personnel in the province.
