摘  要:目的综合分析南京市疾病预防控制中心科研立项和科研产出数据,掌握科研能力发展情况,为科研发展规划及科研管理提供科学依据。方法运用熵权TOPSIS法对南京市疾病预防控制中心2009—2021年科研立项及科研产出进行综合分析和评价。结果综合得分排名前三的年份依次为2021年、2020年、2019年,综合得分较低的年份为2013年。结论近年来,中心科研能力总体呈现稳步上升趋势,与上级部门科研政策及中心高度重视密不可分。今后,还应继续注重人才培养和学科建设,进一步完善科研发展规划,强化科研管理,积极开展对外合作交流,全方位提升科研能力。Objective To comprehensively analyze the project approval and research output of Nanjing Center for Disease Control and Prevention,so as to provide scientific basis for making scientific research planning and management.Methods Entropy weight and TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the project and research output of Nanjing Center for Disease Control and Prevention from 2009 to 2021.Results The top three years in the comprehensive score were 2021,2020 and 2019.The last year was 2013.Conclusion In recent years,the research capacity of the center has been on the rise steadily,which is closely related to the research policy of superior departments and the great importance attached by the center.In the future,it is necessary to continue to pay attention to personnel training and discipline construction,further strengthen scientific research development planning,strengthen scientific research management,actively carry out cooperation and exchanges,and comprehensively enhance scientific research capacity.
