海口市学龄前儿童饮食行为问题现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解海口市学龄前儿童饮食行为问题现状及影响因素,为预防和改善该地区儿童饮食行为问题提供参考。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,选取海口市2个区4家幼儿园的儿童作为调查对象,采用自制问卷和“学龄前儿童饮食行为量表”对567名学龄前儿童的主要照护人进行调查,采用二元logistic回归模型分析儿童饮食行为问题的影响因素。结果海口市学龄前儿童饮食行为问题检出率为81.0%。不同年龄、主要照护人、家庭类型、每天静态活动时间、每天中等强度及以上运动时间儿童的饮食行为问题检出率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年龄、每天中等强度及以上运动时间>2h是儿童饮食行为问题的保护因素,每天静态活动时间>0.5h是儿童饮食行为问题的危险因素。结论海口市学龄前儿童饮食行为问题检出率较高,受多种因素影响。海口市健康教育部门应加强家庭健康教育,帮助儿童培养正确的饮食行为习惯。Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of eating behavior of preschool children in Haikou City,and to provide reference for the prevention and improvement of eating behavior problems of children.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 4 kindergartens in 2 districts of Haikou,and 567caregivers of children were investigated by self-made questionnaire and "Preschool Children's Eating Behavior Scale",and the related influencing factors of children's eating behavior problems were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.Results The detection rate of eating behavior problems among preschool children in Haikou City was 81.0%.There were statistically significant differences in the detection rate of eating and behavioral problems among children of different ages,primary caregivers,family structure,daily static activity time,and moderate intensity or above exercise time per day(P<0.05).Children's high age and long-term moderate intensity and above exercise time per day were the protective factors for eating behavior problems.Prolonged static activity in children each day is a risk factor for eating behavior problems.Conclusion The detection rate of eating behavior problems in preschool children in Haikou is high,which is affected by many factors.The health education department of Haikou should strengthen family health education and help children develop correct dietary behavior.
