摘　　要：基层卫生服务网络建设是预防疾病和促进公众健康的重要保障,关系着我国卫生健康事业的发展质量和“健康中国”战略实施的成效。虽然国家出台了的大量政策措施来促进基层卫生服务能力的提升,但该网络目前在慢性病管理方面仍存在诸多问题。从社区卫生服务中心视角,以基层慢病管理现实需求出发,分析存在的问题,并给出合理化建议。As an important part of China's national healthcare security,primary health service network is related with the development quality of China's health career and determines whether Healthy China can be achieved.The government has introduced favourable policies for strengthening national primary health care system,however,the quality of in preventing and managing chronic diseases is still suboptimal.The causes for this poor quality are identified from the perspective of community health centers and policy recommendations are provided,with the aim to help primary health care system solve realistic problems to better satisfy people's desires for health.
