特需人群接种门诊发展模式的创新探索

摘　　要：为规范有序地推进特需人群接种门诊建设,让特殊健康儿童享受同质化咨询评估,实现疫苗接种及全程随访精准化管理。总结广东省特需人群接种门诊建设的实践经验,从数字化门诊的硬件基础,到疾病评估、接种、随访一体化的管理模式,形成特需人群接种门诊的规范化体系。特色化特需人群接种门诊能够更加科学、规范地为特殊健康状态儿童提供预防接种保障,提高疫苗接种覆盖率,是一种可以推广的预防接种服务新模式。In order to promote the construction of special immunization clinics so as to provide special health children access to homogeneous consulting and evaluation,precision vaccination and full process follow-up management,the practical experience in the construction of special immunization clinics in Guangdong Province is summarized,to form a standard system of special immunization clinics covering the hardware foundation of digital clinics and the integration of disease-specific assessment,vaccination and follow-up.Characterized special immunization clinics can provide vaccination guarantee for special health children in a more scientific and standard way,and increase the immunization coverage.It is a new preventive immunization service model worth promotion.
