摘　　要：目的探讨并界定社区韧性的概念。方法汇总从Web Of Science和中国知网等中、英文数据库收录的社区韧性概念相关文献,并基于原子图谱法绘制、分析社区韧性概念聚焦心像词汇表。结果“恢复”“适应”“应对”是社区韧性概念的核心心像;“风险灾害”“预防”“发展”“抵抗”为准核心心像;“调整”“冲击”“维持”等是社区韧性概念的重要心像;“稳定”“变革”“总结经验”“超越”等词汇是社区韧性概念的非重要心像。基于灾害研究视角、结合核心心像尝试性地将“社区韧性”界定为社区面对灾害时能迅速应对并有序恢复、通过不断学习获得适应性发展的能力;它是恢复、适应与应对等能力的集合。结论新时代背景下,重新审视社区韧性概念的内涵和外延对于强韧基层治理意义重大,同时对新时代的社区韧性建设也具有指导意义。Objective To explore and define the concept of community resilience. Methods Summarize the relevant literature of community resilience concepts included in Chinese and English databases such as Web of Science and CNKI, and draw and analyze the focus heart image vocabulary of community resilience concepts based on atomic atlas.Results “Recovery”,“adaptation”and“coping”were the core heart images of the concept of“community resilience”;“risk disaster”,“prevention”,“development”,“resistance”were quasi-core heart images;“adjustment”,“shock”,“maintenance”were important heart images of the concept of “community resilience”;words such as“stability”,“change”, “summing up experience” and “transcendence”were non-important heart images of the concept of“community resilience”. Combined with the core heart image and based on the perspective of disaster research, the community resilience was tentatively defined as the ability of a community to response rapidly and recover in an orderly manner in the face of disaster, and to acquire adaptive development through continuous learning;it was a collection of abilities to recover, adapt and respond. Conclusion In the current era context, it is of great significance to re-examine the connotation and extension of the concept of “community resilience” for strengthening grassroots governance, and also has guiding significance for the construction of community resilience in the new era.
