摘  要:目的了解辽宁省2015—2022年学校突发公共卫生事件的发生规律和特征,为有效预防和控制突发公共卫生事件的发生和发展提供科学依据。方法登录国家突发公共卫生事件报告管理信息系统,查询2015—2022年辽宁省报告的各类学校突发公共卫生事件,采用描述性流行病学方法对事件及相关资料进行统计学分析。结果历年均有学校突发公共卫生事件,共报告事件105起,报告发病3431例,波及人数281773人,罹患率为1.22%,死亡1例。全省城市学校报告事件最多,为77起,以小学为主要发生场所。结论我省学校突发公共卫生事件防控形势依然严峻,传染病疫情仍是学校突发公共卫生事件防控的关键。Objective To understand the occurrence rules and characteristics of school public health emergencies in Liaoning Province from 2015 to 2022, and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of the occurrence and development of incidents. Methods Applying the National Public Health Emergency Reporting Management Information System, collecting various school public health emergencies reported in Liaoning Province from2015 to 2022, using descriptive epidemiological methods to statistically analyze the incidents and related data. Results From 2015 to 2022, all school public health emergencies occurred in Liaoning Province over the years. A total of 105incidents were reported, 3 431 cases were reported, involving 281 773 people, the attack rate was 1.22%, and one death.Among the reported incidents. The maximum number of public health emergencies reported by urban schools was 77incidents, with primary schools as the main place of occurrence. Conclusion The situation of the prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools in Liaoning Province is still severe. The epidemic situation of infectious diseases is still the key to the prevention and control of public health emergencies in schools.
