摘　　要：目的了解育龄妇女孕前优生保健知识、态度和行为,为加强育龄妇女优生工作,提高孕前检查管理提供依据。方法选取2022年11月—2023年2月在杭州市临安区妇幼保健院进行产前检查登记的512名育龄妇女作为调查对象,对其进行知识、态度和行为问卷调查。结果育龄妇女优生保健知识平均分为(11.3±2.1)分,态度平均得分为(4.2±1.3)分,行为平均得分为(4.0±1.4)分。不同年龄、学历、职业、家庭月收入、是否首次怀孕得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),不同学历、是否首次怀孕、是否第一胎得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论育龄妇女对孕前保健的态度较为积极,但是知识掌握不够全面,限制了知识向行为的转变。应重点关注年龄低,学历低,工人、农民、个体从业者,收入较低,孕育二胎及以上人群的孕前优生保健工作。Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and practice of pre-pregnancy health care for women of childbearing age, and provide a basis for strengthening the work of pre-pregnancy eugenics for women of childbearing age and improving the management of pre-pregnancy examinations. Methods A total of 512 women women of childbearing age who underwent pre-pregnancy examination and registration at the Hangzhou Lin'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to February 2023 were selected. The knowledge, attitude and behavior of pre-pregnancy health care of childbearing women were investigated by questionnaire. Result The average scores of health care knowledge for eugenics, the attitude and the behavior were(11.3±2.1),(4.2±1.3) and(4.0±1.4). Differences in age, education, occupation, monthly family income and fist pregnancy were statistically significant(P<0.001),difference in education background, fist pregnancy and firstborn were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Women of childbearing age have a positive attitude towards pre-pregnancy health care, but their knowledge is not comprehensive enough,which limits the transformation from knowledge to behavior. Attention should be paid to the prepregnancy health care of the population with low age,low education,workers, farmers, individual parctitioners,low income,and pregnant with two children or more.
