摘  要:目的了解港口城市常态化疫情防控下院前急救患者的疾病谱分布及流行病学特征。方法回顾性收集2019年1月1日-2020年12月31日由浙江省舟山市急救指挥中心受理的患者病历资料。采用描述性流行病学方法分析院前急救病例的疾病谱分布等流行病学特征。结果2020年院前急救病例较2019年增长1.97%。2019年第三季度的院前急救病例数最多,2020年第四季度的病例数最多。2019年每天发生的高峰期时间段为06:00-10:00,占36.36%,低谷为02:00-06:00;2020年每天发生的高峰期时间段为06:00-10:00,占12.55%,低谷为02:00-06:00。2019-2020年疾病谱前六位依次为创伤、神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、中毒。结论港口城市的院前急救疾病谱分布及流行病学特征较为特殊,可以为常态化疫情防控下院前急救工作提供重要依据。Objective To know the disease spectrum distribution and epidemiological characteristics of pre-hospital emergency patients under the normalization of epidemic situation in port cities. Methods The medical records of patients accepted by Zhoushan Emergency Command Center from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020 were collected retrospectively. Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of disease spectrum of pre-hospital first aid cases. Results Compared with 2019, pre-hospital first aid cases increased 1.97% in2020. The number of pre-hospital first aid cases were the largest in the third quarter of 2019. The largest number of cases occurred in the fourth quarter of 2020. The peak period for each day in 2019 was from 06:00 to 10:00, accounting for 36.36%, and from 02:00 to 06:00 was as a trough. The peak period for each day in 2020 was from 06:00 to 10:00,accounting for 12.55%, and from 02:00 to 06:00 was as a trough. The top six in the spectrum from 2019 to 2020 was trauma, neurological diseases, digestive diseases, circulatory diseases, respiratory diseases and poisoning. Conclusion The disease spectrum distribution and epidemiology of pre hospital first aid in port cities have their particularity, which provides an important basis for pre-hospital first aid under the normalized epidemic prevention and control.
