摘　　要：为了充分实现卫生应急作业核心业务向信息化转型、利用信息化技术手段弥补疫情防控过程中存在的短板与不足、全面提升应对新冠病毒感染等重点传染病的防控能力,马鞍山市疾病预防控制中心建设了5G+卫生应急作业中心信息管理平台。在现场调查工作中引入5G通信、PDA移动终端、近场通信、流媒体等技术,可以将现场流行病学调查数据和采样信息实时、高效地回传至应急指挥中心。5G+卫生应急作业中心信息管理平台以移动可视化指挥、应急处置、培训演练、监测与风险评估为核心,以应急事件监测预警、资源管理为辅助来满足平战状态下的疾病预防控制应急工作,实现了卫生应急资源统筹调度、应急事件多部门联动协调处置、疫情防控多点位同时响应、疫情发展态势全面感知和研判的工作新模式。To fully realize the information transformation of the core business in the health emergency operation in the Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) of Ma'anshan, make up for the weaknesses and deficiencies in the epidemic prevention and control process by using information technology, and improve the competence to cope with the prevention and control of such key infectious diseases as COVID-19, the CDC of Ma'anshan has used 5G + information management platform for health emergency operations. 5G communication, personal digital assistants(PDA) mobile terminal, Near Field Communication, streaming media and other technologies are introduced into the field investigation,so the on-site epidemiological investigation and sampling information can be simultaneously and effectively sent back to the emergency command center. The system platform takes mobile visual command, emergency response, training and drill, and monitoring and risk assessment as the core, and takes emergency warning and monitoring and resource management as the supplement, to meet the need of epidemic prevention and control in peacetime and war. The new working mode has thus been realized, which includes the overall planning and dispatching of health emergency resources, the coordinated responses from multiple departments to emergency events, the simultaneous responses of multiple points in epidemic prevention and control, and the comprehensive recognition and analysis of epidemic development.
