摘 要:为确保造粒装置撬座在实际使用过程中的可靠性和安全性,根据造粒装置撬座的实际外形尺寸、材料属性及受力情况等建立线体模型,并对起吊状态下的撬座进行受力分析。结果表明,在造粒装置处于起吊状态时,撬座承受的最大应力为102 MPa,最大变形量为18.2 mm,其刚度和强度满足设计要求。在此基础上对造粒装置撬座提出优化方案,进一步提升其强度和可靠性。In order to ensure the reliability and safety of the prying seat of the prilling device in the actual use process,a line body model is established according to the actual dimensions,material properties and stress conditions of the prying seat of the prilling device,and the force analysis of the prying seat in the lifting state is carried out.The results show that when the prilling device is in the lifting state,the maximum stress of the prying seat is 102 MPa and the maximum deformation is 18.2 mm.Its stiffness and strength meet the design requirements.On this basis,the optimization scheme of prilling seat is put forward to further improve its strength and reliability.
